Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity! Habitat is always in need of community-minded, enthusiastic volunteers to assist us in carrying out our mission--to build simple, decent and affordable housing with our low-income partner families and the community.
Volunteer as an Individual
The online registration process is simple. Just fill out the Volunteer Inquiry Form. You will soon be contacted and asked to fill out a Volunteer Interest Sheet and return it to the PPHFH office. Once your information is received, you will be contacted by email about New Volunteer Orientations. Call our office at (719) 475-7800 or email jenny@pikespeakhabitat.org if you have any questions.
Volunteer with a Group
The "Point of Contact" for the group should contact the Habitat office for more information and to schedule for an available date and shift. Besides full days, Habitat does offer shifts to accommodate schedules. The shifts are AM: 8:30- noon, and PM: 1:00-4:30pm for groups of 10. Please be on time for your shift as the group will receive an orientation, and project and safety training. Community Service Volunteers
We welcome you to complete your community service on our construction site or at our ReSTORE. To volunteer on the construction site, you must schedule a brief appointment at the PPHFH office to receive the necessary instructions and paperwork. You will then be able to schedule your workdays (Thursday-Saturday). Contact Jenny at (719)475-7800 for more information or to schedule an appointment. To complete your community service through the ReSTORE contact Peter at (719)667-0840.
Volunteer at The ReSTORE
Except for the store manager and assistant manager, the ReStore is run completely by a group of dedicated and hard-working volunteers. We are always in need of more help with making donation pick-ups, pricing items, stocking shelves, running the cash register, and helping customers. If you would like to volunteer, please call the ReStore at (719) 667-0840 and ask for Peter Marsh.
