Our ReStore accepts your new and gently used donations!

Announcement: Discontinuation of the Porcelain Recycling Program
We regret to inform our community that Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity ReStore has discontinued our porcelain recycling program. This change, which took effect in February 2025, was not an easy decision for us to make.
The discontinuation became necessary due to the conclusion of Colorado Springs Utilities' porcelain recycling initiative, which was crucial to our porcelain recycling program. Without their support, we are unable to continue providing this service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we share in your disappointment over this outcome. We still accept porcelain sinks and low-flow toilets (1.6 gallons) that are in working condition. All toilets must be complete and meet current local building code. Please don't forget to remove the wax ring from the bottom!
We remain dedicated to sustainability and are actively exploring alternative initiatives to better serve our community. We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time of transition.

Textile Donations
The ReStores now accept textile (clothing and shoe) donations! These are recycled rather than resold in our stores.
We ask donors to place gently used clothing (no underwear, please) and shoes in a plastic bag, and leave in one of the bins in our donation area.
Donation Pickups
Read the acceptable donation guidelines (PDF).
Donation Pickups from the ReStores
We offer free pickups for donations of at least two items. You may schedule a pickup online or by calling 719.667.0841. Donation pickups must be ready in a garage or outside of your home for our driver's safety.
Depending on volume, arrangements typically need to be made one to four weeks in advance.
Please note: Exceptions to our usual guidelines may be made by driving and receiving staff or management. Due to current store needs, some items that may otherwise be acceptable, especially new, packaged, and unopened goods, may be denied. We also reserve the right to reject goods that may be unsafe for Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity employees and volunteers to handle.
Donation Pickups from ReSupply
For additional customer convenience, we have contracted with ReSupply to assist with pickups that:
- occur outside our usual operating hours
- require a faster turnaround time than we can offer
- need assistance we are unable to provide, such as donations that must be moved out of a residence
ReSupply charges the customer a fee for their services. Fees vary by job, and they will supply an estimate when you request their services.
