As chief strategy officer for Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, Iain Probert is responsible for the affiliate’s strategic partnerships program, which includes fundraising, events, corporate social responsibility and impact programs, faith relations, marketing and communications, and volunteerism. As a member of the C-Suite team, Probert oversees the affiliate’s philanthropic strategic vision in conjunction with the organization’s long-term community impact goals.

Prior to joining Pikes Peak Habitat, Probert was an executive for both the Space Foundation and the Boy Scouts of America (as of February 2025 known as Scouting America) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At the Space Foundation, Probert began his tenure as director of development, rising to the role of vice president – education and discovery, where he led the organization’s space-themed science, technology, engineering and mathematics (S-STEM) education endeavors. And with Pikes Peak Boy Scouts of America and its affiliate Learning for Life organization, Probert rose through the ranks of the council from an entry-level fundraising, membership and volunteer management role, to the director of support services, a position that had oversight for strategic partnerships, corporate philanthropy, communications, property supervision and risk management.

Probert serves on the board of Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Southern Colorado Chapter and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). He earned a Master of Business Administration from the International Space University, Strasbourg, France.
