Dear Pikes Peak Habitat Homeowners

Beginning July 1, 2020, the servicing of your mortgage was transferred from Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity’s Homeowner Services Department to Impact Development Fund (IDF). To learn more about IDF, visit their website: www.impactdf.org.

Payment Options through IDF:

  • Send a check or money order by mail to the IDF office
  • Set up a bill pay through your bank to be issued to IDF
  • Set up an ACH payment with IDF

Escrow Payments: IDF will be managing your escrow account. This means that IDF will issue payments on your behalf for your Insurance, Property Tax & HOA Dues. If you want to change your insurance in the future, you will coordinate with IDF, not Pikes Peak Habitat. IDF will be able to access your annual property tax statement on the El Paso County Treasurer’s website, so you will not need to submit your Property Tax Statements.

Statement Dates: Your Pikes Peak Habitat statement was typically sent around the 17th of the month. IDF sends your statement as of the 20th of each month.
