Important Scheduling Notes
- Review donation guidelines (PDF) for acceptable donations before scheduling a pickup.
- Must have at least two items for pickup
- Pickup location must be within El Paso County
- Pickups are scheduled Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Items must be ready at the scheduled time and in a garage or outside of your home for our driver's safety. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For efficiency, we organize our routes based on zip code, so we appreciate your patience as we work with you to fit your donation into our rounds. A tax receipt will be given at the time of your donation.
If you need pickup services we are unable to provide -- such as a faster turnaround time, drivers to enter your home to move items out, or after-hours services -- you may contact ReSupply, a company we contract with who will pick up your donations and deliver them to us. Please note that ReSupply charges customers a fee based on the needs for each job.
Please Note: Exceptions may be made by driving and receiving staff or management. Some items may be denied due to current store needs that may otherwise be stated as an acceptable items especially concerning new, packaged, and unopened goods OR goods that may be unsafe for Pikes Peak Habitat staff and volunteers to handle.
