Ryan currently serves as the Founder and Owner at Brively Consulting. Prior to this role, he served as Director of the Developing Global Leaders program at Young Life, a Christian nonprofit youth outreach and mentoring organization.

Ryan completed an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School where he was a Presidential Public Service Fellow.  He holds a bachelor of science degree cum laude in mechanical engineering from Duke University.

Ryan led the first of eight Habitat work trips as a college student in 1999, which have included five affiliates and three countries.  He worked on the Habitat for Humanity International global strategic planning team in 2011, has served on the Pikes Peak Habitat family selection committee since 2015, and has been a part of the Pikes Peak Habitat Board of Directors since December of 2017.
