Terry Anderson
Chief Operating Officer
With a track record of facilitating significant organizational growth through physical expansion, program offerings, leadership capacity, and key outcome achievement, Terry Anderson joined Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity in early 2024. Anderson transitioned from Springs Rescue Mission, where he served as COO from 2017-24, vice president of enterprise and work readiness from 2016-17, and vice president of enterprise and administration from 2013-15. He previously served as director and regional manager at Lewan & Associates.
In his role at Pikes Peak Habitat, Anderson oversees the construction, homebuying, and home repair programs, as well as the ReStores, finance, and human resources.
Supplementing nearly three decades of upper management experience, Anderson holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Development as well as graduate certification for Non-Profit Management.
